Hello, I already had an envato themeforest account, I saw that it was disabled. I sent e-mails many times but there was no response. I thought I might have committed a violation without realizing it. I opened a new account and purchased the ThemeForest Moderno theme. When I purchased, money was debited from my card and my account was immediately disabled. I don’t understand why? Please help. Is the transaction still showing as “pending” on your bank or card? If it is, then you haven’t been charged yet, and what you see is just an authorization.
Envato drops authorizations for voided transactions within 24 hours. Your bank may take another day or two to reflect that.

That would be a bit unusual. Card transactions generally take at least one day for funds to move. They always start with an authorization and your bank will hold the funds until the authorization clears.
Did you purchase the item today? If you did, then even though your bank doesn’t show the transaction as “pending,” it should still be an authorization. A voided authorization from Envato should automatically disappear within 1-3 business days.
If the purchase was longer than that, and the transaction has in fact settled, then a refund would be automatic and will generally appear in your account within 3 business days.
Envato takes these actions immediately – ultimately, the time it takes for either of them to process will be up to your bank. Some banks are extremely fast at processing these things, and some are extremely slow.
Opening a ticket for the locked account is definitely the right move. I’m just commenting on the timeframe for funds to be returned to you, since that seems like something you’re concerned about.
