The payment card that the purchase belongs to

Most of the accounts from Turkiye is being blocked by the system automatically. Even if they create/purchase the theme on the new account, there’s a possibility that the account may be still blocked if you access it via Turkish IP.

They are not going to inform you about the situation but I can. About the refund, if you have purchased an item in the last several days especially if you’re locked down after the purchase, probably it’s been already refunded. Worst case, you can contact your bank for the details but for the items you have purchased before, you won’t be able to get the refund.

It seems Envato is blocking the access from Turkiye probably due to high amount of the charge-back issues after the item is downloaded and/or stolen credit card problems.

Support will give you an answer that they won’t be able to provide more details as well as they won’t unlock your account.
