Is Anyone Facing Issues with Sales on Envato Market Recently?

Hey everyone,

Has anyone else been experiencing issues with sales on Envato Market lately? I’ve noticed some discussions where people are reporting that both credit card and PayPal payments aren’t working properly. Is this something others have faced too?

Also, after Envato’s acquisition by Shutterstock, things seem to be moving slower. For instance, it now takes over a week sometimes for the Envato support team to respond to queries. This is concerning for authors and buyers alike.

What do you all think? Is it related to the acquisition, or are there other factors at play? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

I’m also facing the same issues. I couldn’t complete my payment process. I got my account blocked message when I tried to buy it using my card.

We faced unusually low sales during the last week, and it seems a technical issue with payments may be the reason.

The technical issue with payments is not correct. My earning miss 55$. We said my item is Reversal. I have lost many money for that. Before to now, about 150$

Yes, thins are slow, probably most of the Envato team was fired… and only keeped what is essential…

This whole year has been terrible on the Market for a lot of authors!

I think only David ( Marketplace ) and Scott ( Elements ) are on the duty now. I haven’t heard anything from others for long time.
