Just asking, if images are included in theme biut are from pexels? Here you can use their photos because are free and no need to atribute link. Is the same situation here?
In theory pixels and unsplash or pixabay are all free to use etc
That said we have found several of our copyrighted and client images on these sites in the past so would remain very cautious.
As far as we know envato are discouraging authors from including any image in downloads regardless of the source and that placeholders should be applied
