Why is my account locked and won’t open even though I’ve sent many requests? What did I do? I have no idea .

I want a refund. I will not use theme forest again. I bought a lot of material in my account. It is unethical not to share a restriction related to my account with me . And I think hidden things are a shame.

Error related to envato payment

Use PayPal payment option but without registering-in. You could still pay through PayPal by just entering your credit card numbers but if you ask my opinion, due to lack of “copyright” protection issues along with “chargeback” issues with banks, in Turkiye, your chances are too low to keep using it if you’re new user but good luck

About the refund, if you have purchased an item in the last several days especially if you’re locked down after the purchase, probably it’s been already refunded. Worst case, you can contact your bank for the details but for the items you have purchased before, you won’t be able to get the refund.

Assuming you’re from Turkiye and you have used “Turkish” bank account, your refund process probably/already started by “locking out” your account - it may take couple of days ( 7-10 working day ) to get the refund and you won’t be able to access the account

As I informed you already, you won’t get the refunds for the items you have been using/used already.
As it’s been more than 6 months, you won’t be able to request refund…
