I created a new account yesterday and today I purchased a theme by using my card. Suddenly my account was locked without any reason. cash also deducted from my account. Please unlock my account as soon as possible.
You need to talk to support - only they can assist
I contacted. they told me “Unfortunately like all companies, we have a number of internal policies in place which, for business reasons, we do not divulge. After reviewing your application for service, we are unfortunately unable to re-enable your account.”
But how will I get my refund?
It may be that the initial payment is returned automatically (might take a few days over a weekend) but unfortunately only support can advise as none of us work for envato
Is there any other way to contact them? I saw there is so many customers had same issue with Envato. I’m planning to move legally.
Replying to the email you had from them is the quickest and most direct route.
Unfortunately no one else can see what they see or the grounds on which they take action.
