Hi guys, I’m asking for your help. I’ve been selling on Envato Elements for a while, mainly focusing on video motion graphics. Now, I’m trying to sell graphic images. I’ve uploaded and it got approved, but the material I created doesn’t appear on Envato Elements. I can’t find it in my profile section, and searching for it doesn’t yield any results. What’s happening? What should I do to make the approved material appear in the Envato Elements graphic section? Thank you.
FYI, I uploaded directly through Envato Elements (not via Graphic River).
First, you have to apply for the Graphics category on Elements. Although your file is approved for Elements, it will not be public until your account is approved for the Graphics category.
Hi there! It seems that while you’re an approved author on Envato Elements, your current approval might be limited to the Video Motion Graphics category. Each category on Envato Elements has its own application process, so to publish in the Graphics category, you’ll need to apply specifically for that category.
You can reach out to Envato’s support team for confirmation on your category status and guidance on applying for the Graphics category. Once approved, your graphic items should appear as expected. Hope this helps!
