I have a problem, please advise me!
I’ve been working on Envato’s Videohive for 8 months, and 1 month ago I also got permission to work on Envato Elements. I made a “Social Media Post Template” in Photoshop and uploaded it through the upload section of Envato Elements. The finished project was approved, but since 3 days it is not even available in the search, and in my portfolio there are only motion videos I made for that old Videohive. Please help and advice!
As far as I know, you have to apply another application for the graphics category. You have been approved only for the video template category.
