my ticket number is 3710603, I purchased a maza poco theme for opencart on Monday the 18th November 2024, the transaction has reflected form my bank account using paypal to do the purchase.
When I go to downloads in themeforest purchases the order is not there. So I can not downlad the liscense and template. The job I need to do is urgent and this issue needs to be sorted ASAP at least reply to your customers a bit faster in these circumstances

Dont worry. They will definitely respond, but it may take 3 to 4 business days due to the high volume of pending tickets.

Hi so updating on my situation…
I have gotten a response 3 days ago I purchased a poco theme for opencart v4
After paypal processing my purchase the envato themeforest page hung, I then got no purchase visible on my downloads page the money has come off my account,
The support staff asked me for my account username and email which I supplied they then checkeed my account
In my account I had purchased a poco theme in 2023 all they said is my purchase is visible, but that is not the case I purchased a new version on 19th of November 2024 can’t the staff at support clearly see that the first purchase is not what I am referring to… support is a joke I needed to start this project last week and here I am still waiting for a response is there a department that I can send a complaint concerning my problem?
