I Paid For Additional Support and I am not being Supported.

I purchased a theme that was a good fit for my company but it was not until I was setting it up that I realized there were serious challenges with the theme. I paid for the support advertised by Envatos and the person is not helpful and expects me to do the code editing to fix it.

I could not find a contact page to speak directly to someone at Envato so I will post it here. I do not recommend Oktilcal - Eye Care WordPress by Tona Theme.
