My Almera theme is not working on my Wordpress site. My web developer spent over 4 hours trying to install it. I’m now trying to submit a support request, but it refuses to send. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? I’ve completed all of the fields correctly, but the stupid form doesn’t even tell me WHY it’s not sending. If anyone can assist I’d be really grateful, as otherwise it’s impossible to contact the theme developers.

Where did you purchase that theme ? Themeforest or Envato Elements ?

Presumably it’s author support not envato?
You could otherwise use item comments and flag that the form is not sending

Many thanks both. I finally got the form to send, after 8 attempts and numerous page refreshes etc. I bought the theme here.
