I am trying so hard to get support but can’t find any way to get a hold of any envato people. I purchased extended support for a WP theme, and have no received any email confirmations even though my PayPal shows a pending charge. Plus, the onscreen notification says its extended to May of 2017? I just want help from the theme owner (theme-fusion) to get my site back up and running. Please help.
Where is the link for that? I keep getting sent to Authors Help and there is nothing for technical support.
