I do not see the theme I purchased 2-3 yrs ago in my download.
I tried to submit form but it keeps saying invalid URL format. The format is correct. Tried to submit several times but no luck.

Author only refers me to Envato. I need support them but their support form not working
Your purchase item support is expired as your word you say you have purchased item 2-3 years before.
You have to increase support or can getting new license or have to getting touch with expert developer.
