Purchased extended support, is not recognized...

Hi, I purchased 6 month extended support for a theme as I have done before but for some reason the purchase is not being recognized by the admin team who operate the help forum. So they have told me to come to Envato support to address this issue.

I have found no other spot for support in the ThemeForest website so I am posting this here.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

If you purchased from themeforest then you can send them (the author) a direct email going through the author profile page in Envato market, there you will find a contact form.

If author still can’t recognized you then please provide them the purchase code:
