Issue registering theme

Purchased this theme 3 days ago (https://themeforest.net/item/clubix-nightlife-music-events-wordpress-theme/6098535) but when I go to register it on wordpress it says my email or item purchase code is incorrect. I have triple checked everything and also uninstalled wordpress and the theme on my server, but still get the same message. I have raised support tickets on themeforest and also the authors site but have heard nothing back.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Support would need to be via the author rather than envato. Typically weekends may not be covered for support, so hopefully, they will reply ASAP from tomorrow
