I paid for an app that didn’t work and for 1 month the vendor couldn’t find a solution to this problem.

I wrote to Envato support and they are not interested in me for 1 month.
I’ve written several times in the last 10 days, but they haven’t even responded to me for the last 10 days.

How can I get a refund for this non-working app?

Is it because of the APP is not working or you couldn’t figure it out how it works? All of the APPS at the marketplace has been checked by the reviewer team and they should be working fine properly.
