How do you get a refund when a purchase does not work?

I have purchased something on Envato and it does not work. I have contacted the seller and I am not getting any help. I cannot use the plugin, so how do I get a refund?

hi, before saying that an item is not working you should first check the number of sales from that item and also the rating of it that will pretty much guide you if the problem comes from you or the item itself lets say an item have 800 sales and a rating of 4.9 over 150 rating there are big chance that the problem comes from your side or your server and not the item.
