What should I do if I don't receive support for an item I purchased?

I paid an extra amount to be SUPPORTED, but I didn’t get any support.

How do I request a refund? I bought something that has problems and I can’t get support from the author.

I already open 2 tickets of support to envato team but even they don’t answer me.

check with team by support desk, or email to envato, they will solve your issue
