I bought a plugin that does not work. And that, not that some function does not work, but literally everything in it does not work. I infer from the new commenters that it does not work for everyone (new and old users). I requested a refund, but the author does not respond. What else can I do to get my money back. I have been scammed. Why are such products still sold on this site?
