i’ve sent a template in themeforest and its rejected because of this error :

Good idea, but there are problems with padding and typography. Don’t worry and move forward

There is already an item which is almost the same like yours. I have not checked the code, but it looks like you have “stolen” the design and I think your template will never be approved (ok, maybe it will be but there is a big chance that you get DMCA - Copyright Infringement) and your template will be removed. If you do the same “mistake” again - your account can be blocked.

My suggestion - create your own design / style.
