my HTML template was rejected

Hi, I am trying to submit a HTML template, and it got rejected.

Here is the comment from Envato Quality team reviewer:

"Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Personal Portfolio Template for Freelance Web Designer” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

We appreciate the effort and time you’ve put into creating your item. And we’d be happy to help make sure your next entry will meet our submission requirements."

Can anyone please point out the issues. Do you think this HTML template has a potential?

You need to improve your item design.Your design still looking basic or start level design. I think its not ready for premium quality.

I am sorry but this is far-off the required standards. Take a look at some recent bestsellers, study tutorials and start from scratch. This one is a dead end.

My feedback still stands. Your design is not good enough. You need to work on your skills much, much more before you will be ready to submit something here.
