Will he be able to use the product even if the sale reverses?

Because it has happened in my newly uploaded product that after 1 sale it got reverse selling and now I have zero sale but I have check google and find my product name to showing my product on the nulled site but this product is showing on his website on after reverse sale.

When a reversal occurs, Envato will:

  • Immediately disable the Envato account from which the purchase was made;
  • Remove the item from the customer’s Downloads page;
  • Invalidate the purchase code for the item.

Yes, they can use it. Welcome to the team.
There’re 3-4 people who figured the Envato’s payment system loophole. They are purchasing the items and right after usually within the next 2 hours, the reversal happens.

I have one of my item currently “0” sales after reversal but I could download a copy from the internet.

We suggest you ignore those reversals, and you can use the Envato API for security. We both welcome you to the team too (@ki-themes :grin:).

If the user is a developer, he can remove the code and use it

With that approach, there’s no way to protect the codes unless it’s encrypted ( but you cannot do it within Envato policy )
