A couple of months ago a supplier did not support me properly, we gave him a one star review, what this supplier did was to fill our google page with bad ratings, what can we do to be respected as customers? and that this does not happen, because we bought a license through themeforest and the supplier did not respect it.
Envato Market Item Support policy. If any author don’t respond to the customer(s) according to Envato Market Item Support policy then the customer can ask for Refund or can report it directly to the Envato Customer support .

Thank you very much for your reply. My problem is not the money, my problem is the reviews you did on our google tab for giving you a bad review because of your bad service. Could you handle it through that way too?
