I can't get a refund started, even after the author said i should contact you

Hi!

I’ve been in contact with the author of a plugin i purchased. They agreed on a refund, but whenever i go to the refund page, i don’t see the plugin there.

I’ve gotten a ticketnumber, it is: 3509797 can you help me proceed with the refund?
