How to get my money back? This theme is totally not working specially in mobile view. Please give my money back right now. It’s doesn’t matter who is author. I don’t care who is author, it’s all about themeforest responsibilities. Give me answer. Right now.

You need to complete a request using the link at the bottom of this page https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-

Just for clarity - this only becomes envato’s responsibility and involvement once/if the author rejects or ignores the request.

Authors also have around 5 working days to accept or reject the request (longer if envato have to get involved).

Whilst you may not care who the author is @nicdark is power elite author and one of the most respected on the marketplace. I am certain that they would be very happy to help esp. as the theme has to actually be broken to justify a refund, and the demo works fine on mobile so perhaps there are just settings or setup which needs exploring.

Yes, You are right. @nicdark is elite author. But, when i was look at this theme check all details. Then after I was buy this theme, upload on wordpress and that’s totally like scam, this theme documentation not enough good, he is not response even, he is not write his email id or contact detail on his website. He didn’t response yet. Mobile view is not working, order not working, many other things.

Presumably you used the official support site? Support Nicdark Themes | NICDARK SUPPORT FOR ALL THEMEFOREST BUYERS

It’s hard to advise as anyone in the forums will only be able to see the demo which appears to be fine.

If there was a significant number of things wrong esp working on mobile then I’d expect item comments etc to be busy with these issues.

I really don’t wont refund. My priority to complete client work on time. That’s why I need proper response and even good documentation is enough for me @charlie4282. Yes I was right place to generate ticket and I am using documentation which is combine with my theme bundle.
