Envato adjusted my earnings to zero twice and according to the help team, the reason because I am related to the product buyer.
According to them also, I can not refer envato’s product to my past or future clients and getting referral fee if they purchase envato’s product with the link i provided to them.
Is it the way referral works?
Is it fair ?
FYI, the adjustment is without warning or notification. After few days, it is taken without informing to us and we need to check with help team to find out.
Btw, can anyone give me idea, how do I earn my referral if I want to promote, sell envanto’s products and get earnings also from referral fee?
Perhaps you guys can enlighten me, because the help team can’t give me the solution for my case.
