Not sure if it makes a difference, but probably best to alter the first part of the URL to the marketplace you’re looking to get a refund from (themeforest.net/videohive.net etc etc), just to be on the safe side.
Thanks for the answer, in that direction (http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new) if you can get one that does not work, in the part that says “Choose an item from the list bellow” does not open and I can not choose the product for which I want to ask a REFUND.
