How do I report an author/product?

I bought a wordpress template without knowing that the support has been dead for years. I’d like to report the product / author.

The product: Atelier - Creative Multi-Purpose eCommerce Theme by SwiftIdeas | ThemeForest

Why does envato even allow this kind of situation? Why is the author allowed to keep selling? And they say they have a quick support which is obvious false advertising.

And how do I contact envato directly over the internet? No chat option, no emails, not a single page to send messages and get customer support from envato.

Someone made a comment that he’s passed away, it’s sad but you can report the item/author and it can be removed.
