How do we report fraudulent authors?

Hi,

I’ve been using Envato/Themeforest for 11 years, bought thousands of dollars worth of products but only yesterday had my first negative experience with something I purchased. The Author has a dozen-plus $50+ WordPress templates that are (likely) faulty, with lots of comments on each WP template he puts out talking about missing files. Customers (myself included) aren’t being communicated with and the product that he/they delivered is missing key components (plugins) to make the content actually work. This author needs to have his templates removed from the store and he should be banned forever from selling anything on this site due to selling faulty products. All you have to do is read the other comments about how bad the product is to see this needs to be addressed.

How can we change this as a community?

Ouch! That definitely doesn’t fly around here! Support is included for the first 6 months and can be extended and furthermore, buggy releases get disabled in a giffy!

Please drop a message via the Envato Market Help and Support Center. A senior reviewer will be assigned to this and appropriate action taken! Be sure you include as much detail as possible.
