j’ai acheté un thème [Craftory - Directory Listing Job Board WordPress Theme] mais il y a toujours des bugs,
j’ai pris contact avec le support pour les résoudre, il efface les tickets, il me répond toujours la même chose mais rien n’était résolu.

First thing I would like to recommend please contact your purchased theme author and let them know what issue are you facing with their item, theme author will assist you.
How to contact an author to get support or for any technical query:
If the theme author don’t reply or don’t want to assist you to fix any bugs in the theme then report it to envato customer support through the link (Envato Market Help and Support) provided above.
