I just bought a theme and paid for a year of support help because I am a new developer and wanted all the help I can get. Now I am trying to install the theme and I am getting an error I am not able to get the support that I paid for. When I click on the support button it carries me to a page asking me to pay for support which I already paid for. How can I go about getting some help and if not how can I go about getting a refund?
