Hi - I’ve tried to contact the author with no response… it’s been several days now with no help or support. Can anyone help??

Item support is author responsibility if they didn’t give you reply or support then you can ask for refund.

But remember author are not responsible for item customization.

If they didn’t reply to you totally open a Envato Help Ticket and share details with Envato Support Team and raise a dispute against that author hope Envato Support team will help you.
