Please make sure the theme you’ve purchased is supported by the author and check out the response time. You can see this information in the “Support” tab.
If the item is supported and the period mentioned there did not pass, please be patient, the author will most likely respond to your support ticket.
However, if the period mentioned by the author passed and you haven’t received a response, you’re entitled to a full refund. If this is the case for you, please get in touch with Envato Support using this link → http://enva.to/Help

However you should still report this situation to Envato.
