I bought an item, support ended so I renew it (12$ OMFG) and the author is the worst I’ve ever seen, not answering mails and not helping. I am so angry, I’m a 5 years customer and never seen that.
How could I get help from envato to kick his ass please ?
I am sorry to hear that you are facing the issue regarding support, though envato community is full of friendly and very nice authors, maybe someone will be able to help you with issue you are facing.

all themes i bought in envato never worked, always some kind of bug, follow my (Link removed. Please do not call out items on the forums) no reply no nothing, they just dont care about customer.

@BenLeong I did the process many days ago and still no news neither from you or the seller. I’m so disapointed.
