hello ladies and gents,

So I bought this item some while ago and while the item looks amazing in design and everything else, I noticed a bug in the form. So I reached out to the author who assisted earlier on but then dropped everything and did not fix my issue nor reply my email. How do I go about this ?
I don’t wanna be harsh on the guy to report but if so, I will do it.

The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Item Author. Contact Author and let them know. If the Author don’t reply you and your Item support period didn’t expired then you can Contact Envato Customer Support and let them know. Thanks
