Hi, the license for website s purchased by the client via previous agency and the previous agency no longer around.

How do I download the latest version of the theme without access the previous agency envato account?

I have the license in PDF.

You can’t - it’s attached to the buyer account and access to source files cannot be transferred.

You will need to buy your own license/copy
