We purchased a theme for our site but the account used is not my own. I need access to it to download the updates (required for WP6.2).
I do have the key to the theme.
Is there a way to transfer ownership?
Unfortunately not - the license to use it can be transferred but the access to downloads/support can only be got from the buyer account unless they have setup the envato plugin to download updates from within the WP admin.
