How can get refund

Hello everyone,

When I purchased item, I paid with card but had to cancel and refund. Author already approved the refund. But the card with I paid, is prepaid card, it can’t receive international payments.

Is it possible to refund via paypal or instead of refunding, keep that money as balance in evanto so that I can buy other product with that?

yes, sure the fund can be added in your envato account as credit and you can use that credit for your next purchase. Actually when the refund money will be processed by envato (after refund approved by author) the refund amount will be in your envato account as credit.

if your refund approved by the item author then your refund process will be processed within 5-7 business days. envato support refund process team will process the refund as quickly they can. Thanks for your patience

There were three refunds by Author, Two of $40-$40 received but $75 one is missing.

Hope you are doing great.

They did reply fewwwwww days before that they couldn’t refund because of card etc. After that 3-4 message I sent them that if they can refund in my paypal account or if I can buy something else with it, they don’t even reply

What to do?

Only envato support will be able to help in this. Please get in touch with them and tell them to refund the $$ in your envato account as a envato credit so that you can use that credit for your next purchase. Thanks

Hi everyone

I am trying my best. They said to check with bank and bank said that Visa found it’s was like suspicious activity and that’s why they denied and money returned to sender’s account. But still no one is clearing the refund again on evento side.
Can anybody check it please
I am in medical emergency. It’s 2+ months and evento is not clearing refund. Whatever they said I did. But it’s urgent.

You’d need to ask Envato Market Help and Support

For reference - if the payment gateway rejected the payment as fraud then the funds would never have reached envato for them to return
