Hostiko is not supported?

I bought the Hostiko license this morning, but there was a problem with the installation and it doesn’t work anymore, I asked for support via chat and they told me to open a ticket, and the ticket says they will only return on Monday, I’ve lost confidence in that, I’m thinking about cancel a purchase on another site, respond to chat if it is for sale, but for support it is only when they want according to their local time, difficult.

It’s already weekend in some countries as well as authors have their own working hours/timezone.
It’s usually 1-2 working days.

I have already requested cancellation, I pay the same amount in other companies and if it is urgent support I will always have it, spending 3 days without a website is illogical. :sweat_smile:

You can request refund but most likely the author is gonna reject your request as it falls under " I changed my mind "

Have you checked your server’s PHP version? Some plugins or themes require specific PHP extensions, WordPress versions, or even certain PHP version to work smoothly. It might also be worth checking the item’s comments section to see if other users have encountered similar issues—there may already be a solution available there.

If it falls under the missing support category, as there is no information about support hours that can be easily accessed, only when you ask for information, it should have been made clear when purchasing, at least I didn’t see anything like that, if I inform you, I said neither I would buy it today.

The problem is with the license, it no longer works because it is already in use on my own domain, there was an error when installing their package and there was a critical error on my WP and now it no longer works, it is their error and they should correct it.

You probably installed/activated the theme then without de-registering ( if there’s an option ) you probably reset the installation and re-installed it. This is why you’re having the issue and you cannot blame the item author.

It states “1-2 working days” on the item page.

Even if you create a ticket now at Envato, noone would check it before Monday/Tuesday.

There is no “1-2 business days” on the item page. There is only support time that should have helped me, it closed before working hours.

I was installing their plugin when the critical error occurred, I didn’t even use it.

You have no buyer badge on your account which means either the purchase didn’t go through, it was done using a different account, or it was refunded etc.

Your best option is to make sure you are logged into the correct account that bought the item and talk to the author during business hours from tomorrow
