We’ve recently been getting 1-2 sale reversal every week.
It is a real pain to look at the statements, is it normal? Does Envato have any solution to address sale reversal?

There is nothing Envato, nor you, can do to “address” sale reversals. This happens when the money is taken from Envato, which can be due to a dispute, fraud, etc.
They do lock their accounts, invalidate their purchase codes, and block downloads of purchased items, but yes… apart from that, there’s not much they can do.
