Hey all, been trying to get hold of Skywarrior, for the last few weeks via Themeforest and email and had no response. Theme I purchased no longer works as it requires an update from the developer. Their support site no longer exists either, does anyone else have any suggestions on what to do? I have contacted support on here but still waiting for a response. Thanks in advance.
Check the supported version on the item page, e.g. Software Version: WordPress 5.6.x.
If it’s not the latest version, sorry but there’s not much things you can do except downgrade the WordPress to the compatibility version as it’s stated.
If you want to use the theme with the latest version of WordPress, you can request the theme update but it’s author decision to update or not in most cases and wait for the update.
In another way, you can get the paid support to get the theme updated. I know it’s not a best way but let me know if you’re interested in. I can help with you that.
