I think the piano is the culprit here. try playing with the velocity of the notes to get a more expressive sound. It sounds like all the notes are playing at the same level, which makes it sound non-realistic. It also sounds too quantized. Slightly looser timing would help a lot as it sounds a bit ‘computerised’. Also, maybe a nicer sounding piano sample library would be good too. This one sounds a bit heavy on the high frequency (although that could be because of the note velocity issue that I mentioned).
