Please someone should help me review my product here, i used a super UI and smooth UI yet it got hard rejected . the painful thing is is don’t even know why it was rejected

I think the issue is not the UI or UX is the project, maybe there is not much interest for this kind of project, I might be wrong but who knows…

The people who are reviewing are cheap contract labour not qualified enough. Envato is sinking. Further in soft rejects they forward old files to reviewer and when they don’t find correct files, they reject.

@FWDesign has some good points here, it’s not about the design, it’s about if the script could sell as template.

I wish they can add reason for the reject most times
Thousands of item are being reviewed every single day. Adding the details, even if it’s 1 min would cause delay of the review, 1000 item/min, 16.6 hours, it’s extra 2 working day for the reviewer.

Aside from the time issue raised by @ki-themes - with a vast % of rejections there is simply too much risk of the author not understanding/being able to action the feedback and this leading to even greater level of confusion and frustration.

keep your files in simple folder structure and provide a good description and documentation and make sure there aren’t any things that are similar to the product that already available in envato.
