Hello, I’m trying to upload via FTP Filezilla a timelapse 4K, but the connection drops and crashes.
This is the message that appears:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: ailed transfer after transferring 327,564 bytes in 21 seconds
Estado: Disconnected from server
I configured the server connection and generate API password correctly as help Envato says.

hi , am having the same problem now , i was just uploading the file few hours ago , then suddenly it wont connect it says

Same here! Can’t log in since yesterday! Don’t know what to do! 
Tried different FTP clients (TC, FileZilla etc) Tried different connection even different PC… It doesn’t work
Hi all,
We have looked at this and corrected the problem. You should be able to authenticate and upload files.
I am going to see why we weren’t alerted to this earlier via our monitoring so that we can address this quicker and without people noticing.
