FTP connecting problem

Hello. I am having trouble connecting to FTP. Have experienced this issue from today’s morning (Sat 22.04.2017) and still no success.

Here is the log from FileZilla:

I am still experiencing the issue. The log in FileZilla is a bit different but in the end still can’t connect to FTP.
Is anybody from Envato team reading this? Could you please give a little helping hand.

Same problem!
For two days, I can’t upload files via Filezilla

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Changing the API key did not solve the problem.
The installation of a new FTP client also did not help to solve this problem.

Same thing. Tried different API and different FTP client, even on another machine. Still same problem.

I noticed recently that the buttons for uploading files were missing. Or was it a long time ago?

I have a button to upload files on the upload page. But the problem with the FTP persists. Though the message in the FileZilla LOG has changed once again. Hopefully it means that someone is trying to fix the issue.

we do have problem too, although the login and key is correct, it gives error.

I am having the same problem. I am using WinSCP. I tried on two different accounts with different API keys. Kinda glad to here that it’s not just me. I have been looking for the correct method or contact to open an “official” ticket to envato.

I really hope that today the issue will be fixed. I have a pretty heavy file and web uploading doesn’t work for me. Small files load great but the main file gives error in web upload.

Guys, the issue seems to be fixed. I have connected to FTP and uploaded the file successfully about 10 minutes ago.

Thanks to Envato team for fixing the issue.

The connection was 30 minutes ago.

Now again, the same problem. No connection to the server.
