Hi everyone, I’m facing issues to connect FTP Server with Envato, Everything is okay there is no problem is settings but when I connect every time it shows the error message. I have tried quick Connection and settings in the site manager
error -110: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.
Status: Server did not properly shut down TLS connection
Error: The data connection could not be established: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted
Please give me the feedback and proper solution what can I do now I’m frustrated with this issue

Hi
Please make sure you are using latest version ftp software. Also be noted:
envato only support TLSv1.0 and above for encryption
Please note: envato use and test FTP service with FileZilla. This is a free FTP client and we recommend updating to the latest version

Hi, I also face this issue from last 15 days, Yesterday we solved it by closed running softwares in PC which using Internet Connection or Port,
- Simply Go to Task Manager and Close your running softwares which using Internet Connection or Port (in my case Skype, Anydesk, Kaspersky Antivirus)
- After it close Filezilla and restart,
- Connect with Envato with your login details
