FTP Connection Issue

Hi, Im trying to upload a 1g file via FTP but I can’t log.

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

This is the access I’m using:

Host: ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Im using my user name (case sensitive): TomasColussi
And I’m generating my password with the token generator

Can someone help me please?

please read carefully troubleshooting guide (if you haven’t already) and work through that to see if it helps.

You will need to use a token generated here https://build.envato.com/create-token/ and make sure you have the options checked to:

  • view and search envato web sites, and;
  • View Your Envato Account username

Hi, thank you. Yes I had those options cheked when I generated my token.
