Error when trying to connect through FTP

Hello.
I’m trying to connect through the FTP and make an upload but I get an error that says “Could not connect to server”. I tried another FTP client but I still got this error. I was able to connect yesterday but today I can’t.

You can try with this way:
Open your FTP client and enter the following details:
Host: ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Username: [your Envato Market username]
Password: [your Envato Market API key] Generate a legacy token in your profile, and use as password.
Port: 21
Click ‘Connect’ or your FTP client equivalent.

This is exactly what I do and I get the error.

Today was a scheduled maintenance at ftp . But The scheduled maintenance has been completed. So, please try again after sometimes if still problem then Contact Support and let them know. Support Team will be very happy to assist you. Thanks

Thanks. I was not aware of this “Token” change. I successfully connected now.

Today I cannot connect to FTP and showing this error message

Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity|
Could not connect to server|
