Trying to connect to (ftp.author.envato.com) to upload motion graphics.
No connection is established through filezilla (530 Login authentication failed). Trying a different client (WinSCP) gives “access denied” message.
Connections to (ftp.marketplace.envato.com) are still possible!
Does anyone else have the same issue?
Yes, I have created a token and input correct credentials.
when you created the token, did you check the checkbox “apps may see my username” or something along those lines?
There was one checkbox you need to tick that isn’t ticked by default.
Yes, i have them ticked. I also tried creating another token but same issue.

really grasping for straws here, but I see your username here is written with capital letters, while the login for the ftp is all lowercase…

ftp logins have been changed recently, take a look at this thread:
I created new API key and used both
A) http://ftp.marketplace.envato.com
B) ftp.author.envato.com
But not working .

Please check and reply in this thread. @steve_lam will help out. The FTP has currently had an upgrade and that’s why this maybe happening.
