Can't upload file, error from the page and can't connect with ftp!

Hi there, at first I hope you’re all staying safe and doing great.

I’ve been trying to upload the files for my new template but it keeps showing me the error message when the upload goes to 30%. The file that I’m trying to upload is 560 MB

I also tried uploading it by FileZilla but I can’t connect to the server.

Response:	530 Login authentication failed
Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

I used the details that usually worked fine for me:
Host: ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Username: My Envato username
Password: I created a ftp-token with the permissions needed
Port: 21

Does anyone have any idea what should I do?

An error like: ‘530 Login authentication failed’ indicates that your token is invalid. You will need to create a new token. You need to create a Personal Token (Use the token as your FTP password) here: https://build.envato.com/create-token/

It is a good idea to create a token specifically for FTP access.

Please take care the following:

Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
Logon Type: Ask for password
Username: [your Envato Market username] (this is case-sensitive)
Password: [your Envato Market API key]

I already created a new token but it still shows me the same error

Should I use a different ftp software instead of FileZilla?

FileZilla is fine and should work. please make sure you have input username as: PixField [your Envato Market username] ( this is case-sensitive )

If still issues please read carefully troubleshooting guide (if you haven’t already) and work through that to see if it helps.
